| It is our policy to fill all orders as promptly as we receive them. Due to heavy demand or supply problems, we must back order certain items. In these instances, we will make every effort to fill your order within 30 days. If we cannot do this, we will either send you a refund or inform you of the delay. In order to minimize delays and inconvenience, back orders for less than $20.00 will automatically be cancelled. Please allow sufficient time for your receipt of your order. You should allow at least seven work days from the time your order is received for delivery. Large orders may take slightly longer. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by UPS or the USPS. However, if you feel there has been an unreasonable delay, please contact us. Classic Ag makes every effort to ship merchandise to you at a fair, low price.
